ACCNJ Educational Series: De-Escalation Training

Description

As part of ACCNJ’s 2025 Workshop Series, we are pleased to bring back our De-Escalation Training on October 17, 2025, from 8 AM - 4 PM at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison. 

In response to feedback from our February training session, we have expanded the workshop to a full-day format. This 8-hour session will offer a more in-depth experience, allowing instructors to dive deeper into interactive role-play scenarios and share practical insights taken from real-life situations, enhancing participants' ability to manage violent events in the workplace with confidence and professionalism.

Course Overview

This course is essential for anyone looking to enhance their conflict resolution skills and contribute to a more secure, safe and positive workplace culture. The goal is to empower participants to prevent, recognize and act regarding violent events in the workplace.

ACCNJ’s IAT will be subsidizing this course. No additional discounts or ACCNJ tuition reimbursement will apply. A light breakfast, lunch and course material will be included. No refunds will be issued after October 9, 2025.
