Course Overview
Accountability is the foundation of any high-performing workplace. When employees are held accountable for their tasks and outcomes, they take ownership of their work, make better decisions, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the team. This course, “Employee Accountability: The Nuts and Bolts of Delegation and Coaching for Better Performance,” teaches managers how to effectively implement accountability through delegation, coaching, and constructive feedback.
