As part of our Educational Workshop Series, ACCNJ will be hosting a CPM Scheduling Workshop on May 1, 2026, from 8:30 AM - 12 PM at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison.
Course Overview
This Critical Path Method (CPM) Workshop presented by Richard Merkhofer of Wagner Hohns Inglis, Inc. explains how CPM scheduling is used to plan, monitor, and analyze construction projects. It covers contract requirements, creating and reviewing baseline schedules, updating schedules to track progress and delays, analyzing impacts through reports and time impact analysis, and resolving time extension requests through negotiation or formal dispute resolution.
All course material and a light breakfast will be included.
