ACCNJ Educational Series: De-Escalation Training

As part of our Workshop Series, ACCNJ will be hosting a De-Escalation Training on February 21, 2025, at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison. 

There will be two separate sessions for this training:

Session 1:  8am-12pm (Management Personnel)

Lunch Break: 12pm-1pm (Both sessions are invited to join us for lunch)

Session 2:  1pm-5pm (Field Personnel)

Course Overview

This course is essential for anyone looking to enhance their conflict resolution skills and contribute to a more secure, safe and positive workplace culture. The goal is to empower participants to prevent, recognize and act regarding violent events in the workplace.

Time

There will be two sessions for this training. 

The morning session will be tailored to office and management personnel, the afternoon session will be tailored to field personnel.
