Our mission is grounded in the understanding that construction and infrastructure cross every sector\; by leveraging AI and automation\, we ensure our industry builds more efficiently\, safely\, and competitively.Part I: The Executive BlueprintThe first session of this series addresses the foundational elements of AI adoption from a leadership and administrative perspective. This session explores the development of implementation policies by CEOs and the integration of specialized software to enhance human resources\, accounting\, estimating\, and general office operations. Furthermore\, the session provides a critical analysis of the legal responsibilities and risk management protocols inherent in the adoption of autonomous and intelligent systems within a corporate structure.ACCNJ's IAT will be subsidizing this workshop.
