Participants will learn to develop and update project schedules\, analyze delays and impacts using CPM\, TIA\, and Windows Analysis\, resolve project-level issues through case studies\, and apply effective strategies for claims prevention\, assessment\, and dispute resolution All course material and a light breakfast will be included.The agenda can be found HERE.Please note space is limited to 30 registrants.
