ACCNJ Attends the 2025 GSETA Workforce Development Conference
The Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACCNJ) was proud to have Education Manager Shamara Gatling-Davila represent the organization at the 2025 Garden State Employment and Training Association (GSETA) Workforce Development Conference, held October 22 and 23, 2025, in Atlantic City.
The annual GSETA Conference brings together workforce development professionals, educators, and industry leaders from across New Jersey. The event provides a platform to share best practices, explore new workforce models, and strengthen partnerships that prepare the state’s workforce for the future.
Over the course of the two-day conference, Gatling-Davila attended several sessions on building sustainable talent pipelines, advancing collaboration between employers and educators, and integrating technology into workforce strategies.
“Attending GSETA was a great opportunity to learn from peers and see how different organizations are tackling similar workforce challenges,” said Gatling-Davila. “Each session provided new ideas that I can bring back to ACCNJ as we continue to build pathways for New Jersey’s next generation of construction professionals.”
By participating in events like the GSETA Conference, ACCNJ continues to strengthen its commitment to workforce development.
