ACCNJ Educational Series: Change Navigation Skills Workshop
Friday, January 24, 2025 (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM) (EST)
Description
As part of our Educational Workshop Series, ACCNJ will be hosting a Change Navigation Skills Workshop on January 24, 2025, 8:30 AM at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison.
Course Overview
Unless time stands still, shift will happen. The key is knowing how to navigate those changes. This hands-on half-day workshop is designed for people who have experienced or will experience significant workplace changes. The program explains the change process and offers three frameworks: one for managing it, another for addressing the emotions associated with change, and a third for self-advocating once a change is implemented.
Course Outcomes
This change management workshop for individual contributors will:
- Identify signs of change.
- Offer a model for navigating the emotions associated with workplace change.
- Suggest areas where change will most likely manifest during times of transition.
- Provide frameworks for adapting to change and self-advocating.
- Recommend strategies for dealing with the non-linear nature of change navigation.
Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey will be presenting a four-part series of Educational Workshops for foundational growth. Please see the Events Calendar for additional programs.
While Business Training Works programs typically cost $325 per person, ACCNJ’s IAT will be subsidizing this series of half-day workshops. No additional discounts or ACCNJ tuition reimbursement will apply.
No refunds will be issued after January 16, 2025.
