As part of our Educational Workshop Series, ACCNJ will be hosting an Employee Accountability Workshop on May 2, 2025, 8:30 AM at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison.

Course Overview

Accountability is the foundation of any high-performing workplace. When employees are held accountable for their tasks and outcomes, they take ownership of their work, make better decisions, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the team. This course, “Employee Accountability: The Nuts and Bolts of Delegation and Coaching for Better Performance,” teaches managers how to effectively implement accountability through delegation, coaching, and constructive feedback.

Course Outcomes

At this program’s conclusion, participants should be able to:

• Explain why accountability is essential for fostering a high-performing workplace.
• Define clear delegation practices that set measurable and achievable expectations.
• Apply coaching techniques to guide employee performance and professional development.
• Use a feedback framework to address both strengths and areas for improvement.
• Identify the root causes of performance issues and create action plans to address them.
• Implement follow-up strategies that ensure accountability without micromanaging.
• Troubleshoot common challenges to maintaining accountability and overcoming roadblocks.
