As part of our Educational Workshop Series, ACCNJ will be hosting a CPM Scheduling Workshop on December 3, 2026, from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM at the ACCNJ Offices in Edison.

Course Overview

The second part of this Critical Path Method (CPM) Workshop presented by Richard Merkhofer of Wagner Hohns Inglis, Inc. will provide practical training in Primavera P6 scheduling, project analysis, and construction claims management. Participants will learn to develop and update project schedules, analyze delays and impacts using CPM, TIA, and Windows Analysis, resolve project-level issues through case studies, and apply effective strategies for claims prevention, assessment, and dispute resolution 

All course material and a light breakfast will be included.
